EM&I, Ekström Management and Investment has acquired a majority of Zirkona Sweden AB.
Ekström Management and Investment have since 1 September acquired a majority of the shares in Zirkona Sweden AB from ME Kapitalförvaltning AB, Martin Ericsson, who is the other owner in the company.
EM&I invests in growing companies with high return potential, are inclined to take a great share of ownership and take advantage of their skills in developing companies in growth phases. EM&I’s founder, Gunnar Ekström, has worked with ownership and management for 35 years.
During the years, EM&I has invested in both new and established industries, e.g. finance, administration, care, communication, industry, construction and property.
With EM&I’s long experience within industrial manufacturing, logistics and international distribution, Zirkona Sweden’s products will be able to become competitive and reach an international market within the proximate future.
